Link shortening when URL has a +

Hello,
I just noticed the following minor issue with Link shortening. I was using Feeder on a Pre 3 and wanted to share an article via Carbon. When I clicked on the Link shortening icon, the link was shortened but the URL was not fully removed. I tested the shortened URL and it does appear to go to where it is meant to go, so the only issue appears to be in Carbon not properly clearing out all of the original URL from the + character on. URLs without a + work fine with the link shortener.
