problem starting app
Here is a summary (also talking to you on twitter as 'whiteasianrose')
i purchased the app and opened it. immediately upon opening, a 'keep 10 seconds between reloads' notification pops up and keeps popping up in an infinite loop. additionally, an error box pops up with a 401: incorrect signature error. (the time and date are correct on my phone) this error box also keep popping up in an infinite loop.

Hi James,
That's quite odd and unexpected. Let's do the following:
1- Go to preferences & delete your account by swiping it.
2- Add your account again and try if it works and report back here.
Sorry you have to go through this on your first uses. I'll be waiting for your response.

for some reason i didn't even have to sign in. it showed 'whiteasianrose' at the top of the app as it was starting and all the problems started.
i can't even get to preferences as the carbon tab doesn't come up. it is still on the launcher tab when the errors start occuring

i deleted the carbon beta app as it has been reported on twitter that it could possible cause problems...i restarted and i am having the same errors.
the app will not fully load and I get the same errors noted above

I just noticed the screenshot. Theme is not loaded, that means it hasn't installed properly. I promised you not to have to delete the app and reinstall, but I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to do that. Could you?

right...it doesn't fully load. am i going to have to pay for the app again when i delete it and reinstall?
