My profile won't connect
My profile will not connect to Carbon. It continually says "Connection Timeout! Try Again." Carbon has verified my account. When I go online directly to Twitter, it recognizes Carbon as an authorized application. But, nothing will show up on my phone. Help!

Hi Jill, "Connection Timeout" happens when your phone can't connect to Twitter using Carbon, sometimes it happens in low signal areas or slow WiFi connections. Try again and please tell us a little bit about your Device, OS version, Connection that you're using(3G/Edge or WiFi) and we'll assist you in getting it to work :)

Thanks for your reply. I did finally get it to work. I had to actually restart my phone to prompt it. It's working great now.
