How can I enable location awareness within the app? I see no way in any of the settings to turn it on, and when I go to tweet something, it says at the bottom "not located". What gives?

Hi Dan, GeoTagging is still not active in the released version, the next update v.1.2.2 will have GeoTagging enabled and you'll be able to post tweets with your location attached to it. Meanwhile we're looking for some good suggestions on how to implement it as there are way too many ways that we could do it, how do you like it to be?

I liked the Tweed method (and indeed, came to Carbon as a tweed user) of it being enabled or disabled in the app preferences and then applying to all tweets posted while it's on.

The Tachyon method (enable/disable location button on the "post a tweet" screen) also has merit, but I always found the several seconds' wait while it did that annoying if I was tweeting several things in succession.

I'm just migrating from Twee2, so I tend to prefer its method of allowing you to specify per-tweet your location. (I'm the kind who doesn't always want people to know from whence I tweet.) Twee2 does seem to remember your previous location, as it's quite quick once you use it.

It will be a per tweet switch that you turn on or off for attaching your location to tweets. It's coming in our major update that is coming soon.
