Applying spam filtering to #has tags

G'day,
It's always annoying when there is some competition or something going on and people tweet garbage just so they can apply a hash tag, so I was wondering if there was a possibility of when selecting a hash tag, Carbon asks if you want to Spam filter it so you don't see tweets with that hash tag in your timeline.

Dave, mute a hash tag? is that what you're after? That's a very useful feature at times that we get frustrated and spammed with one hashtage flooding our timelines? We've got your back, we're positive for this one.
