Error 401 when trying to save search

Steps to reproduce:
Click magnifying glass button from main timeline. Type in a search term, hit enter. Once the search loads, press the "+" button in the lower left hand corner. A popup appears that says:
Error
401: Could not authenticate you.
Pressing the "OK" button returns to the search but does save the search.
OS: WebOS 2.1.0
Provider: Sprint
Hardware: CDMA Pre2 (Sprint FrankenPre2)
2 twitter accounts authorized in Carbon.
I reported this via Twitter, but I figured I'd file an "official" bug report as well.

Update:
The error occurs whether connected over Evdo (3G) or Wifi.

So in both the cases you get the error? So it's not a connectivity issue, thanks for the report, I'll check it out and get back to your with a fix if possible.

same problem here, Sprint Pre on 1.4.5. Wifi and 3G, searches saved from twitter web page do sync to app no problem though.

We found the source of the problem and it'll be fixed in the coming update... Thanks for the report :)

I just bought Carbon and tried to authorize: I get the Error 401 message: "Invalid / expired Token /oauth/access_Token" repeatedly. It also made my Sprint Pre crash and that's never happened in two years!
Please advise.

Unfortunately I had to give up on WebOS and now have an Android phone, so this doesn't really help me any more.
