New Link Style Not Applied to Twitter's Shorteners
Only t.co and pic.twitter links seem to be affected, in that they still appear with a "http://" long-form URL. Seems to me like it's probably something simple going on, like that the links are being wrapped in the new shorteners after they've been formatted, or something. I'll leave it to the devs to figure it out, but thought you should be aware.
This is v1.2.2 on an Unlocked (AT&T) Pre 2. Screenshots included.

Thanks for the report, it's highly appreciated. Two types of links are currently showing links with HTTP. 1. Twitter Native Photos, we overlooked them(how embarrassing) 2. Links within Search Timeline. We'll get them both fixed in the next version, although the tweets in Search will still have t.co links as it is not possible to expand them at this time around, we'll get to that as soon as Twitter gives us the option.

I'm pretty sure t.co links were showing up that way in my timeline as well, I just didn't couldn't find any when I was posting this report.
