Swipe to move between tweets on detail scene

Just wondering if its worth adding a means of moving to the next / previous tweet whilst on the tweet detail page. I'm only raising this as I absent mindedly tried to do it by swiping across the tweet text. I can't imagine using it very often, but may be worth considering.
