Scrolling Notifications

I would love to see scrolling notifications. There are four primary features that I am interested in. #1 - user selectable interval for notification display (e.g. switch every 5 seconds) #2 - tap notification icon to scroll to next item #3 - allow tap to scroll when locked on touchstone #4 - tap notification details to select quick links (quote, retweet, favorite, etc.)

Very similar functionality is implemented in the Sports Live! application by More Solutions.
